Tuesday

Then it's Tuesday already. I have come back to normal after the weekend, I had such a lovely Sunday, almost as it was just a dream.

But am I back on track I believe, have been walking and trying to eat good food. Dinner today will be vegetables and vegetables;) and not to forget the spices and herbs.

Need some good ideas really, so should have a look at some WW recipes!
I will do some measurements tonight, and put them in here.

Starting afresh

My daughter took this photo of me a few days ago, i haen't been this big for 2.5 years. So therefore I have made a real commitment to myself to do better. Even if i did bake chocolatecake today, it's not really for me. It's for some other ladies thatI will meet up with on Sunday. We are supposed to bring some baking to the Picknit, and so I do.

For myself I have planned on bringing a couple of bananas, and a thermos with water and possibillity to make some soup. I will also bring along some raisin bagels and apples. Maybe even carrots???
Cucumber, and some cheese..! And if find some WW stuff at the shops, I will also bring that.

Hoping for a really good Sunday!I will be prepared!

New meet

Today I went to a new Weight Watchers meeting, I didn't get weighed, but sat there listening,. I will start as a helper next week, and I think this meeting will not be my weekly social fix, unfortunately. But then again,, it's all good, because I might actually get on with losing weight again,. And not just putting it on. It's not just a diet, it's a lifestylechange.

I am rather excited by getting two different kind of meetings in one week . More updates coming soon!!
