I can still not really do much exersise, but I am committed to losing weight and that's that. I have been tracking food for a week now, and I started a new week today. This will be a really good week, I am sure of it.
Hopefully I will be under 79 kilos next Thursday, and I feel very secure in what i am doing.
i didn't get weighed this morning, as i had a few extra WW bars yesterday..but it was the weigh day,and tomorrow I should be on the right track again.
